Every security system needs upkeep over time: batteries weaken, sensors gather dust and renovations change a detector's field of view. The Teyakkuz service team tests every device once a year and leaves a report.

Mobile team
When an alarm is verified, our centre dispatches the nearest mobile response vehicle. The crew checks doors and windows, reports to the centre and waits until an authorised contact arrives. The mobile team service covers Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Bursa.

How long does installation take?
Wireless systems take 3-5 hours on average, and installations with cameras and smart home integration take a day. We give an appointment within 48-72 hours of the survey.
I am a tenant; can I install a system?
Yes. Wireless systems use adhesive mounting with no drilling, and we can reinstall your devices at your new address when you move.
Does the alarm work if the internet or power is cut?
Yes. The panel communicates over both 4G and Wi-Fi and runs for at least 24 hours on its backup battery. Loss of communication or power is reported to the centre.
Will my pet cause false alarms?
We use dual-technology detectors that ignore pets up to 25 kg. At the survey the layout is planned around the areas your pet moves in.
What happens when the alarm goes off?
The signal reaches our operator in 12 seconds on average; after voice or camera verification and calls to your contacts, a mobile team is dispatched if necessary.
